When i try to export the movie I cant open the video settings window. The program crashes. Any thoughts?
Hi,That is an incompatibilty between Quicktime and Nvidia. You can address this by temporarily disabling Hardware acceleration from your video card (re-enable it whenever you work on your project for it will greatly affect the performances of the software). You can change this by right clicking on your desktop then go to Properties. Then under the Settings tab press the Advanced button and in the new window under Troubleshoot drag the Hardware acceleration slider to None. Apply then you might have to relaunch Toon Boom Studio and you should have access to the export settings.Best regards,Ugo
