Toon Boom Says I Don't Have a License... but I Do.

Please help!!! For some reason Toon Boom is saying I don’t have a license when I do, and it’s refusing to activate it. I have attached a screenshot of the pop up, and here is a list of things I have tried:

-Closing the window and opening it back up
-Downloading the latest version of Toon Boom Harmony Essentials from the website
-Uninstalling Toon Boom entirely and then reinstalling it
-restarting my computer
-testing it at different WiFi spots
-turning my computer completely off and then turning it back on

I have it running in Windows PC if that helps any. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND IF YOU CAN HELP!!!

The license you have is actually already activated, that’s why it’s telling you that you have no activable license and that it’s written ‘Return’ next to the license name.
