Toon Boom not showing interface

I began a subscription to the Toon Boom storyboard pro just last week. I started learning to work with it but suddenly, the package is now showing a full blank page without the interface and no timeline. I tried deleting it and reloading the downloaded software but it returned with the same display. What do I do to get back to full displace and return to working with the Toon Boom Storyboard pro please. Thanks.

The software may have saved the workspace in “minimized” mode.
If this is the case you should still see the software’s menu at the top of
the screen. Go into the menu-Windows-Restore Default Workspace
(bottom option in the list).
