Toon Boom is not working properly

Hello,

My Toon Boom Harmony is behaving very strange. If I try to open the program from my Cintiq 13HD the program crashes. I have to open it with my Cintiq unplugged then plug in my Cintiq.

The brushes are extremely pixelated and have no pressure sensitivity.

The Cintiq pen and the Toon Boom brush don’t line up underneath each other. I have to go to services and restart my Wacom drivers.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve clicked on the repair button in the reinstall options.

I’m not sure whats wrong

Windows 10

RAM 64 GB

64-bit operating system

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980

Hi

My first bet is updating the video card driver since all hardware information seems to be fine because default Nvidia driver installed during installing Windows 10 causing many issues.

-Uninstall current video card driver
-Reboot
-Go to Nvidia and install the latest driver
