Toon Boom Harmony won't let me draw. Please Help!

I have this problem where I can’t draw or do anything with the drawing tools, even the texting one won’t work. I have Toon Boom Harmony Premium ver 12.2.0. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. Would be a big help. Thanks for reading! (Also I’m new so I might be not using layers or something of I am please don’t hate me :slight_smile: Thanks )
