I just purchased a monthly subscription for TB Advanced, and since then the program has constantly been crashing after a few minutes of drawing on a new scene. When attempting to reopen the file, the entire program freezes for hours and there is no other option but to quit. I thought this was a specs issue but I’ve checked and all my system requirements seem to be fine according to the Toon Boom website?
I use a Dell G5 15 with Nvidia Geforce RTX and intel core i7, with a Huion Kamvas 22 as my pen display. Any help would be appreciated!
