Toon Boom Harmony 15 advanced not open!!!

Hello! Can any of you help me?

I downloaded the trial version of Toon Boom Harmony advanced 15, but I can not open it. A “BEX64” error message always appears when I try to open a scene, and after that the program closes.

I have a very urgent demand, and I do not know how to solve this problem. If anyone can guide me, thank you very much.

That’s a somewhat generic system error. Could be you are missing visual studio files, or a graphic driver issue. We would need far more information regarding your system to make an educated guess. Seems you work on a Windows OS, but please give use info about your hardware (graphics card, memory, type of machine) and OS version.
