Hi my name is Alton, and I want to know can anyone help me open both of my programs Toon boom Harmony 12.2 and Storyboard Pro 5.1. I’ve just updated my Windows 10 Pro, and as soon as I’ve tried to open both programs, they wouldn’t open. Instead of opening it would stay on the loading screen, but will never open. I would have to restart my computer in order to get it off my screen. This is so frustrating for me because I was just on one of the programs, before I updated my computer. So if anybody knows anything how to fix and resolve these issue, I’m humbling begging you please let me know so I can get back at doing what I love to do, and that is creating great story boarding and animation. Uninstall, update drivers, reinstall. If it still a problem contact ToonBoom support.
