Toon Boom 8.1 on a newer Imac

Hi, I am trying to install my copy of Toon Boom studio 8.1 on a 2017 Imac Pro running High Sierra but I get the following message:

LicenseWizard cannot be opened because of a problem.
Check with the developer to make sure LicenseWizard works with this version of macOS. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS.

Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

I’d be grateful of any help.

Thanks

You are being blocked by Apple GateKeeper.
Try command+clicking the license wizard and select “open”

If that doesn’t work you would need to do the following…

Remove the folder /Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher.
Uninstall the software by dragging it’s folder to the trash and
then empty the trash. Do the rest from an “Admin” class user account:

Open a terminal Window from Applications/Utilities and run the
command: sudo spctl --master-disable
in the Terminal application

Go into the System Preferences and from there to “Security & Privacy”,
on the General tab set “Allow Applications downloaded from:” to “Anywhere”.

Delete the software folder and re-install the program.

If you’re still not allowed to launch after that contact support to have a look.

Thank you rkriz. It worked!
