Toon boom 17 Non-responsive

I installed Harmony 17 just a couple days ago and I was able to get everything working fine. This morning I opened and saved one project and when I tried opening another file it made the program become unresponsive. Now I am unable to the open anything in the program including creating new scenes. All of my drivers are up to date and I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program twice now. I am not sure what instigated any of this. Please help! I’ll post my system specs below.

Thanks!

Hello Foxand,

Please contact support at desk@toonboom.com and give them all your computer specs. If any specific scenes are causing the crashes, please provide those as well, if you can.
