Hello, I’m new here and I hope someone can help me, I have this horrible problem, I launch toon boom and everything looks normal, then I choose my file and start charging it but then just the window get minimized and I can´t do anything, nor even open a new file because it happens the same, please somebody help me! :-[
If i were you I would contact support by email and include your computer specs.
Best thing to do indeed is to contact support@toonboom.com. It could be that the window is simply going behind the other windows and/or minimizing.
Here’s some info to include:
- Your operating system
- The software you’re using
- The version number (you can find this in Help > About)
- Are you using a dual-monitor setup?
- Are you using a Cintiq?
