Timeline View greyed out as well as Import Sound

I got back into using storyboard pro recently for my University personal project and I found that the Timeline Workspace option is unclickable. I have Quicktime, I’m on Windows 10, there’s seemingly nothing wrong And i’ve tried restarting my computer and everything and it’s still greyed out. This is also the case for importing sound, it just won’t allow me to.
I Also have Toonboom Harmony Pro installed and noticed that this problem occured after installing Harmony Pro. This is kinda urgent so any quick help would be much appreciated.

It’s possible the software preferences got corrupted somehow.
