In the layer/Timeline,
When I select a few frames and I delete those frames.
Why does the rest of the frames not go backwards to fill the deleted frames area?
In flash it does this. Is there a special move I cant find.

It doesn’t work that way by default - you might want to delete the frames to create an empty drawing or simply remove those frames without changing the exposure -, but you can add a shortcut for that purpose. Go to Preferences > Shortcuts > Timeline and create a shortcut for Clear Exposure and Pull.
