I’m having trouble downloading StoryBoard Pro 4.2 on my Windows PC.

This link “https://store.toonboom.com/dwn/456/win” keeps redirecting
me to “This section is for members only. You are not authorized to access this section.”

My subscription status is currently “Active”

I’ve received an email of my order, and information about my subscription but no
instruction on how to download or activate the software.

Can we please resolve this issue on this forum for everyone else to see.

My subscription is “Sliver Support - Student”

Log into your account and download the software from the “My Downloads”
section of your account. If there’s still a problem contact support@toonboom.com

Have you figured out this problem? i still cant purchase it. it keeps on taking me to the same thing.
