It is available for download in the appstore Thinkspace AR but you need targets to make it work. They are available at http://www.powerhousemuseum.com/thinkspace/apps/ar/ and a direct link to lots of the art made http://www.powerhousemuseum.com/thinkspace/apps/targets/

I am very happy (PS the download is free)

You can use it by going to website and putting art on your screen and pointing at it.
