There is no licence for Harmony advanced in your account

Hi there I recently subscribed for Harmony advanced and have been actively paying for my subscription.
I have 2 PCs I wish to switch from one to the other and have used the “return license” feature in the Licence Wizard.
However, when I try to activate my licence on pc 2 I get an error saying "There is no licence for Harmony advanced in your account:
Anyone got a clue why this might be? Not to keen on paying for a product I cant activate even though I’m paying for it.
