Hello Every one, I have a big problem and i need help and fast please
I have downloaded the free version of the program Toon Boom Harmony. Everything was fine until you try to open the program to use it. A sign appears that says: “Toon Boom stopped working” and then the program simply closes and does not let me do anything. I have tried everything. Even reinstall the program but it never works and I can not start my animation classes. Can anybody help me? My computer is a Windows 7 Ultimate and it has a 64-bit operating system, Seriously, I can not find what is wrong and why I can not use the program. My 21 days of testing are still counting, help me, please
Thank you for your attention, I look forward to the answer if someone has it
Can you please confirm that you’re using the correct Graphics card?
Let me share with you a quick video on how to create a dedicated profile, in the video, I use StoryBoard Pro as an example but you can follow the same steps and create the profile for Harmony.
Hello, thanks for answering, but I still have problems, I do not even know how to open the Nvidia control center to do what you do.
If it’s not too much trouble, could you help me? I’m new to these things, it’s the first time I install a program like this, I do not know how to activate some things

You can use the search in your start menu. If you start typing ‘nvid…’ you should get NVIDIA Control Panel on top. Or you might have the icon (green on a grey background) hidden in the taskbar inside a triangle pointing up in Windows 7 (“show hidden icons”), on the bottom right of your taskbar.
