A user of mine is having this issue whenever they try to open this specific file. It was created from version 8.6.2 (4751) and we tried opening the project from three different workstations (mac) with the same version.System used:iMac 10.6.2 and 10.6.3Also idea on what would cause this error message to pop up?
You should email support@toonboom.com so that they can take a look at your file directly. Were you opening the file in the same version (8.6.2.4751) as you saved it? Or did you try to open it in an older version? ~LillyToon Boom Support
we’re all using the same version of stb. I contacted support as well and forwarded the file over to them, was just wondering if anyone else came across the issue.
