Is there a module that turns other modules on and off over time?
Example: I have a colour override module that at one point of the animation I want to turn off and then on again.

You could do this.
Take your rig or whatever is using the color override, and plug one strand into color override, and the other strand normal. Connect both to image image-switch, and keyframe it to use the color override port to a point where you want it to turn off, an then switch it to the non color override version.
