I set up my computer without my cintiq after moving, and all the sudden I can’t rearrange layers by dragging them. so if I want a layer to show up above another layer I just can’t do that. I also am not able to rearrange frames by dragging them to new places now either. I don’t know what’s going on with this, as it would always work before, and I can’t get anywhere with my work until this is resolved. If someone knows what’s going on please help!!
