Substitute drawings out of place

I have a cut-out character raising his arms.
When I switch an arm with an alternate drawing,
it appears in the wrong place.
The alternate drawing is an exact copy of the original,
except for the slight sleeve modification.

Make sure that the pivot point is in the same location for both drawings.
