Subscription problem

Hello! I have a subscription to the harmony 14 until 15.11.2017 downloaded the harmony 15, entered the data, and there wrote that the license until 19.10.2017. Where did the rest of the days go?

You license was activated yesterday and will expire November 19th.
Contact support if you’re not able to launch the software and provide
the error message details, your Operating System version and which
antivirus program you have installed.
