Hi, the first thing to do is make sure you have the latest build of your software version by reinstalling from your Toon Boom user account products section.
If you still crash, you can send the steps you did prior to the crash along with your TBS 5 product code to support@toonboom.com

It’s the latest build.

I was doing a lot of scissors cutting of objects to reposition them frame by frame. Also exporting certain formats crashes, and flash has no sound
