Stretch Timing of a whole Scene with one Button

Hi everyone!

I’m referring to an older thread three years ago where the question was asked before and the answer was that Harmony doesn’t have such a feature only a script:
https://forums.toonboom.com/harmony/support-and-troubleshooting/retiming-does-not-seem-move-keys

I’m using Harmony 16 and want to retime a background loop of moving trees. I could do it manually but would be happy if such a time saver existed to space each keyframe evenly apart from each other to increase or decrease the speed of my loop.

Has something changed in that regard yet? Is there such a magic feature where everything stays in sync? Keyframes and drawing exposures and move happily along while I drag a simple slider saying "Move left to compress or right to stretch the scene/selected animation "?

I would made the switch to a newer version of Harmony for that feature alone.
