Storyboard Pro will NOT open after installation.

I’ve had Storyboard Pro 1.5 on my Macbook Pro since September and I have not been able to use it because when I click the icon to open it I get the error message that the program “quit unexpectedly”. When I attempt to reopen the program I get the same message. The details say that it keeps quitting because of an “uncaught exception”. I have no idea what that means. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the app three times. Please help!

It might be because you don’t have a printer installed. Check out the following knowledgebase article:
