STORYBOARD PRO-DONGLE- PROBLEM CREATING NEW ASPECT RATIO

GREETINGS,I’M USING THE FIRST VERSION OF STORYBOARD PRO. I CAN’T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO CREATE A 2.35 RATIO “CINEMASCOPE” THAT WOULD BE IN PIXELS 2350 X 1000.AM I THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM? IF THERE IS AN UPDATE FOR THE DONGLE VERSION, WHERE CAN I GET IT ?.I’M WORKING ON A MACBOOK PRO WITH MAC OS SNOW LEOPARD 10.6.8THANK YOU,JEAN CLAUDE

If you try to change the properties of your project settings and change the resolution there, does this work? From Storyboard > Properties window?

If that doesn’t work write in to support@toonboom.com, I no longer have access to the older versions of Storyboard to test from.
