Storyboard Pro 7 crashing

I have a file that was created using Storyboard Pro 20 with the “camera by compatibility mode” activated in the preferences, now when I try to open it in Storyboard Pro 7, the file crashes. I have never had any trouble going back and forth between 20 and 7 before this. And I have tried importing the file, as well as saving it out as a back up from 20, extracting it, merging it, etc, but nothing seems to work. When I check the terminal prompt that launches when I open the file in SBP 7, this is what it says:

Toon Boom Storyboard Pro
Storyboard Pro (StoryboardPro.exe) version 17.10.1 build 15476 2020-01-31 14:58:30

Not sure if that reveals anything to help fix the issue, but if anyone has any suggestions on how I can get the file to open in SBP7 without it crashing anymore, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.
Dan

Maybe try updating to the latest build of SBP7 which is 17.10.4.17497?
Have you tried just creating a new project and make some quick test panels in SBP20 and then try opening SBP7. Maybe a setting has changed since your last project?

I also faced the same problem last time.
