Hi there, I’m wondering why all of a sudden the images I have imported (to be used as backgrounds) just aren’t working anymore? I have tried so every single option and setting that I believe would be relevant to this issue and nothing has changed, I have even uninstalled and re-installed as well as repaired my files numerous times, yet nothing has been fixed. Even if I import new images and make a new project, they still show up completely black. I can’t wrap my head around why this has started happening now… It was never a problem for the past 2 months or so. I’m a student trying to get my assignments done, but this is an incredibly demotivating issue to run into. If all else fails I’ll have to do everything manually in another program…

Hi,

It’s very possible that your OS forced the use of your integrated Graphics Card that can’t handle OpenGL correctly and that will lead to a crash of the software.

I will share with you a video on how to create a profile, you can use those steps to any of our software.

Also, and very important is to update your graphics card drivers and restart the machine, please don’t use the inbuilt option for the update visit your graphics card page and see the latest ones available.

Hello, I’m using a Storyboard Pro 6 trial version on Windows. And after importing a .png image into my scene as a layer (I have a university cheapessaywriter project with the deadline approaching), it all went black. I tried different images and nothing worked. I upgraded my graphics card drivers but it didn’t work either.

Only after I deleted Storyboard Pro 6 and reinstalled it again, it worked perfectly well.
