Storyboard Pro 5.5 bug exporting to some 4K formats

If I create a project using the DCI-4K or film-4K camera settings and export a movie from it using the default export settings, the output is garbage. If I export using half size resolution, there is no problem with the output (other than being too small). I have not tried export from every available preset, but I have confirmed that the problem does not occur using the 4K_UHD camera preset.

See the attachment for a sample image from the full size output.

One of my users discovered this problem export from a project with entirely custom camera settings, so this isn’t simply a problem limited to some bad presets. This is on version 14.10.1 (build 13388) the most recent version of Storyboard Pro 5.5

Has anyone run into this problem and found a workaround?

Go in to the preferences of Storyboard and on the “Advanced” tab
uncheck “Enable Mipmapping on Bitmap Layers”.

Beyond that, 4K resolution may be too much for the system to process.
Are you able to render to 4K after optimizing and splitting the project
into smaller parts?

Make sure to close all other programs and loaded web pages before rendering.
If none of this helps, contact support to help investigate the problem.
