Storyboard Pro 22 freezes/crashes when importing 3d models into Library?

Importing 3D objects into SB pro22 caused the program to freeze and/or crash. Using latest update.
Go to library/ 3D models , hit Import Files… then endless beachball.
Any ideas please ?
