Stop frame only going up to 60?

I am using the free trial of toon boom harmony essential. I am very new to the program and I am wondering why it only lets me stop at 60 frames. Is it because its a free trial or is that just how many frames it will go up to on toon boom harmony essential?

If you click and hold the symbol at the end of the timeline, you can drag it to change the limit of frames.
