STB Pro 20 - Cannot see add Key Frame button and key frame markers

STB Pro 20 - Remote. Accessed through Teradici PCoIP
I cannot see the ‘add Key Frame’ button.
I have added key frames using the Camera drop down menu, but the key frame markers. are not visible above the timeline.
Please help!
