Stage Not Responding on Startup, Mac, 10.8.6

Hi Everyone,

First post. Sorry if this has been asked before. I tried searching but nothing came up so I made this post.

I manage a number of computer labs for a Californian private art / animation school. One computer is having Stage slip into Not Responding and it never loads. I’ve reinstalled the whole operating system (MacOS 10.8.6) but the problem still persists. I do have 2 other partitions in the computer but I don’t think Harmony is trying to get into a different volume on a fresh install?

Any insight you have into this would be very appreciated. Thanks!

You should contact support to have a look on your system since it will likely involve some investigation to find the cause.
