HI, can someone tell me why some of my scene colors keep changing when I restart my project in toon boom harmony?

It’s hard to say with the small amount of information provided.
Did you save your project using “File” → “Save as New Version…”?
In this case your scene shares its palettes with those of other versions of you scene.
This could be a reason for scene colour changes.
You probably have multiple palettes in the scene. Try deleting unused palettes and see if that helps. Sometimes it will select colours from the wrong palette if multiple ones are assigned to the same rig or asset.
