Snap to contour-bug?

Hello,

I refer to an once closed topic:

Is there any solution on this right now?
May the problem be the craphics card? If so, I would change mine (Radeon 5450, weak, but strong enough playing “Skyrim”, for example…).

So far we still don’t have a solution for this one. It’s an OS issue I believe, related to Windows only. I will double-check this one with the team again.
