Slow Scrubbing

I’m noticing that after I’m working for awhile, Toon Boom gets bogged down and I can’t quickly scrub through my timeline to check my drawings. However, when I quit and restart toon boom animate pro 3, it scrubs fine. Is it something to do with clearing out the cache like in photoshop? Is there a way I can do this without quitting and restarting the program.

I’m on a pretty quick mac, by the way with a really good video card, and plenty of RAM, so I really don’t think those are factors.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

System specifications ? OSX ?

What graphic card ?

How much ?

Sweet.

In the OpenGL-Preferences Antialiasing, check your Super-Sampling-Settings.
The higher the number the longer it will take to calculate.

Regarding Render-Speed…
In the Render-Preferences check you Memory-Limit-, Disc-Caching-
and Multi-Threading-Options…
