Hey,I was working with the Toon Boom Harmony, using the shortcuts and all was OK. Suddenly the shortcuts stopped working. the Z for zoom, the E for eraser the > and < signs to move through frames, it does not respond anymore. I tried to close and restart the software and even the computer but nothing. How can I solve this?

Try deleting (or renaming) your preferences for Harmony, maybe they became corrupted somehow.
Win:
C:\Users[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Toon Boom Animation\Toon Boom Harmony
Mac:
/users/[your user name]/Library/Preferences/Toon Boom Animation/Toon Boom Harmony
Do this while the program is closed or it will simply replace them with the same ones it had before.
