shortcut for up and down layer stack and set beginning and end work area

I could really use these. I though there was some way to navigate up and down layer stack but I can’t remember it.

H and J go up and down layer stack, but only select drawing elements, not pegs, effects, etc. Still waiting on beg and end of work area.
