Hello, This keyboard no longer works, and it is one I use all the time. I had this problem in 11 too, though sometimes when I would cancel and reset the shortcut in preferences it would start working. Thanks
for getting back to me. I tried trashing the preferences, restarting, setting playback to other keyboard shortcuts. Nothing works! It is driving me crazy - I can’t live without a playback shortcut - (dramatic, I know.)
Works perfectly here in Harmony 12 (even I changed it to the “Acute” ` key recently)
Delete (move to trash) the Preference File and restart…
Be aware, all your preferred settings will be lost.
If it doesn’t work, you might like and recover the Preference File from the trash.
Rebooting your computer might help as well ?
