my computer was working well with the program, windows 10 suddenly updated and when opening the program the tools worked with a lot of Lag, but when I closed it and it opened it worked fine, until it started to be so choking that problem that no longer opens and works well as before (that’s why I say it is degenerative). Send to erase everything on my laptop and start again with the Windows 10 more basic without updates, however remained the same. what I do?
My laptop is ASUS and its RAM memory is 4GB, however it is not an explanation of this problem since it would be normal for the program to close from nothing and not this.
