I’m working on Animate Pro connected on a Fujitsu scanner (with autofeed and batch options) and the scanning process works pretty well, I’m able to ‘‘batch scan’’ my drawings really quickly.
But, I was wondering if it’s possible to scan drawings whose numbers are already in the x-sheet (like Harmony’s scan module, where we can select a list of ‘‘empty’’ x-sheet’s numbers)

I don’t think this ability exists with the TWAIN scan, since we rely on the Scanner Album to import the images in the software.
