I am going to buy a new scanner. To scan animation and backgrounds. Which scanner do you recommend? Are there any scanners that works better with Harmony than others?

Any scanner that has a TWAIN driver available should be good.
I have an Epson Gt-20000 USB scanner, A3 and it doesn’t work with Harmony. Its a twain scanner, but it won’t scan anything. I plan on just scanning roughs then importing them and inking and painting them in the Harmony

It may be a TWIN scanner but do you have a TWAIN driver installed?
If so, and the scanner does not show up in the list, it may be due to another type of scanner driver having already laid claim to the hardware.
If you are having trouble, contact support to have a look on your system.
