SBPro 4.2 'project already opened' crashes when I try to open anyway

Hi:

I’m on WIndows 7 64 bit, (all drivers are updated) and my project will not open. I haven’t had any problems or crashes in months, but as of today, I get an error message saying my project is already opened. It isn’t, I didn’t force quit, and I am the only user of this project, and laptop. Any suggestions welcomed. (I have emailed support also but haven’t heard back yet)

With the software closed, go into the project’s directory and remove the [project name].lock file.
