I don’t know what happened but I can’t fix it.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve tried restoring Windows via system restore to a date that it was working.
What happens is that when I try to open the program either with the shortcut or opening a file directly… the load screen will come and go as normal and then nothing. Nothing ever. It appears in processes on the task manager and does nothing and can’t even be forced to close.
The odd thing is that Adobe Encore DVD ( aprogram that was probably open at the same time I last shut down the computer) has also stopped working.
I’m wondering if some shared DLL has been screwed up.
Is there a way to totally erase all existence and any trace of SBP2 so I can get a truly new install. Because uninstalling via the Control Panel is not cutting it.
