I drew our high school mascott in toon boom and would like to be able to use it other programs. Can a single drawing be exported as perhaps a jpg or bmp?

i dunno what your version is, but with v3 you can surely do this.
just export the single image as an image sequence (an ‘export film’ option). when you see the dialog you can then choose which output format you prefer.
