Response times on support questions ?

Early this week I’ve sent an email to Toon Boom sales / support and wondered how long it would usually take to receive a reply. Anyone knows ?

For the general non-fee based support it has taken anywhere from within a business day to maybe three? Once in a while I have had to send a 2nd inquiry. I have not contacted them more than a couple of times since the new rollout. I did not buy a support plan but I also have not had a need to contact them since then. I have had many discussions with them during the year prior to the Harmony 12 release though. Support has been very good IMO.
