[RESOLVED] The Toon Boom stopped working

The Toon Boom is no longer opening after I put a new video card and memory in my computer before it worked normally.
Could someone tell me how to solve this?

The video card is: NVIDIA Gforce GTX 1050 TI

You can also create a profile for your NVIDIA.

I took out the video card and harmony came back up.

Sorry the problem is not resolved.
The program is opening but i don’t get create new scenes or opening scenes createds.

Can you help me?
