Requesting help with license wizard

I’m currently working on getting back into animation and got Harmony 21.1 when before i had Harmony 20 but i think it got upgraded as part of my perpetual license. However, the license wizard doesn’t seem to want to accept that the product is already activated and has essentially frozen me out of the product. I would like to believe this is user error on my part but i simply don’t understand what i can do in this situation.
