Renewal

Recently my toon boom got renewed. I canceled the subscription, then continued to use toon boom harmony. Today it says “license expired,” did canceling it cause it to stop working? Do I have to re-pay?

If I’m understanding correctly: Your subscription recently renewed (which you paid!) and then you chose to cancel after you paid for the renewal, but Harmony is telling you that your license had expired even though you already paid? Are you paying month to month or for the whole year all at once?

If it is for the entire year, this does not seem like intended behaviour and I’d encourage you to contact support@toonboom.com.
