I’ve had toon boom harmony for a whole now and I’ve noticed these red squares pop up on my keyframes and sometimes in place of my actual keyframes. I’ve been looking all over the internet to figure out what they are since because of them, I can’t animate the camera or other stuff. I would just like to know what they are and how can I set my toon boom harmony back to it creating black square/line keyframes on the timeline again.

Those red squares are stop motion keyframes, meaning harmony will hold the animation you set for that frame until the next keyframe. If you want to change them to motion keyframes, select the keyframes and do ctrl+k (or command+k on mac), and ctrl+L for stop-motion keyframes. You can also go into your preferences, or you can go to animation > motion keyframe to have motion keyframes be your default when you animate.
